Breast Lift
A breast lift or mastopexy removes excess skin and places the nipple in a higher and anatomically correct position. This is often combined with use of an implant to add more upper pole fullness. See before and after below!
This patient is 6 weeks post op from a "Mommy Makeover" to include a mastopexy (breast lift) with NO implants along with tummy tuck and liposuction to the back, abdomen, and flanks. Her scars will continue to fade over 1 year. Swelling will also decrease over 6 months.
This patient is just under 6 weeks post op from mastopexy (breast lift) with augmentation with cohesive silicone implants. She previously had a massive weight loss that resulted in deflated flat breasts with significant excess skin. Implants with continue to drop and fill in her lower pole of the breast.

This patient is 6 weeks post mastopexy augmentation. This is a breast lift combined with an implant. She desired a lot of upper pole fullness without extreme projection. Her implants will continue to settle over the next couple of months. She also will continue to decrease swelling seen in the lower abdominal area over the next 6 months.
