Much of what we do as plastic surgeons is reconstructive. In this region, we have a lot of farmers and outdoor workers so this means a lot of skin cancer. We very commonly remove skin cancers and perform regional reconstruction to maintain functionality and repair otherwise large defects. See below some examples of complex reconstruction.
